This is simply a moment of humble gratitudeAs I was just thinking of how this whole thing started a few years ago for me, it must be noted that this first 2-weeks of September, looking at the scheduled carpet cleaning, we again would be living on beans and rice. Therefore I Again want to share How Great Full we are to have the additional income that Aces provides !!As you may recall how hesitant & (a little gun Shy) I was in the beginning.Your efforts have not only help guide me, they have also set me on course with a Vision again. The Intentional Forethought you guys bring every day to Aces is rubbing offAnd created a changed man hereIn other words you have helped me restore faith in myselfWords can Never express my Heart felt Gratitude Thanks Gentlemen.

Counting the Blessings of Diversity.  The beginning of 2019 my bride, Debi and I decided with the growth the Clo2 portion of our business experienced in 2018, we would retire a janitorial account we carried over 10 years… Something had to give!! 3 months later with a change in management the other janitorial account let us go to get it done cheaper. Therefore we recognized a substantial decrease in income this year (every job counts at this point). This week was booked solid then a customer called to reschedule two weeks out. Next the phone rings for a skunk job.. Filled the open time slot and stabilized the week. How pleased we are to be a part of this GROUP.

Thanks Kindly, Mark Hayes

Y’all might not believe me, but since we bought our 7lbs container of 1# we’ve only used it on carpet, tile and upholstery jobs. In less than a month, we’ve made over $10k and used about 3.5 lbs of the product. I’m guessing that’s HALF of a gallon container of Clo2 detergent. 1 scoop on average size jobs, 2 scoops on larger jobs. If it didn’t work, I wouldn’t even care. But this stuff works on EVERYTHING!! Oil stains underneath recliner chairs, soil filtration lines, pee odor and stains, grease, oil and dirt from work boots, the dark edges on the lip of the stairs..all the really tough stuff.

What I used to use:

  • 8 scoops of powdered cleaning solution per gallon.
  • 2 scoops of peroxide booster
  • Enzymes for urine odor
  • Urine stain remover for urine stains
  • Rinse to lower pH and prevent Browning
  • Solvent for filtration lines
  • Stain removers

…. and much more.

Our cost on supplies are down tremendously and we haven’t recieved 1 call back since using #1. So I’ll be calling Jim Taylor to order the 50 lbs pale next.

P.S. I’ve got so much more room on the chemical shelves in my van, I don’t even know what to do with the empty space!

P.P.S. When can I try the encap?

This last winter we had a pretty bad mouse problem in our 135-year-old house.  One of the bedrooms off of the kitchen was really bad because of the proximity to the kitchen and dog food.  I just remodeled the bedroom so it had brand new carpet and drapes.  We don’t have kids living at home anymore so the bedroom is unoccupied.  Every time I went into the bedroom I could smell mouse urine very strong.  I used the 30gr. Stabilized in a 32oz. spray bottle.   I sprayed heavily the carpet around the parameter of the room and the bottom of the burgundy drapes.  I was a little worried it would bleach my burgundy drapes but they look brand new and did not bleach.  The smell is 100% gone.  I am very very pleased!

Here is the Pet urine job mentioned on the webinar this week 2 dogs and a cat. An elderly woman passed away. This was 4 bedrooms upstairs and a couple of rooms downstairs in a 3500 sq foot house. 1000 sq ft was an unfinished basement with no smell so I did not treat the basement. The upstairs flooring had carpet from the 80s. They stripped it to the subfloor and this is what remained. Your eyes watered from the smell. I had them scrape everything further, then I went in and scrubbed with number 1, I extracted with a shop vac. I let it dry over night I then sealed with vapor lock. Downstairs the paneling was flood cut and several inches of drywall behind it needed to be removed as well. The same process as upstairs though layers of urine salt was present. I then gassed off with 500s and the next day came back, aired it out and sealed the downstairs as it wasn’t dry enough the day before to seal. The customer was happy. I got paid. There is one room upstairs that I may need to retreat with a 20 gr. Time will tell it was barely perceptible whew! glad it turned out well.

Got a call to remove a grease spot so I was deviating what to use either 30 grams stabilizer or # 1, after a quick conversation with Jim we made the decision to go with #1I did a mix of 3.5 oz per gallon to treat the spots after 10 min it was disappearing, just topped With a carpet brush than let it dwell for about 45 min, extracted after that and finished.

Hi Jim and Joe. Just completed my record odor job of $13,500. Tobacco odor. They were putting their house on the market (13,500’) and realtor told them they would have a very difficult time selling a 20 million dollar home that smelled like smoke. 100% clear of odor, not wiping just gas off. Total hours of so called work, 5.God Is Good!!!

Well, I gassed my first home yesterday to remove dog smell. All I can say is Cha Ching…The home was a four bedroom town home with about 1875 sq ft.I started by vacuuming the entire home; first in one direction then the opposite way. Then we ran a CRB in both directions. The canister on the vacuum cleaner was between a quarter to halfway full of dirt and dog hair. The CRB picked up even more hair in a clump about the size of my hand. After vacuuming we located five urine spots with my UV light. We then flushed each spot with hot water and a water claw. After flushing each spot, we sprayed #1 on all of the carpet rather heavily with a heavier spray on each of the five spots. I placed air movers (studabaker airpaths) in each room…I let the airmovers run from Friday to Tuesday (10th to the14th) of the last week. On Wednesday I stopped over to check on the carpet and found a damp spot in the living room where I sprayed the #1 probably a little too much. So, I placed four air movers in the living room to run all the way to Monday (yesterday) I left town last Wednesday to go visit my parents then to Beckart Environmental in Kenosha Wisconsin to pick up 500 gram kits, 100 gram kits, Stabilized Clo2, and a 7 lb tub of #1.After flushing the spots and spraying the #1, the dog smell was still pretty strong in the living room. The upstairs was not bad. So, I talked to Jim and he had me place two 100 gram kits in the upstairs, a 500 gram kit in the door of the kitchen and living room and another 100 gram kit at the bottom of the stairs. They ran overnight and when we went back into the home this morning there was no dog smell, just a slightly strong Chlorine smell. NO DOG SMELL.This has been a great account up to now and it just got a whole lot sweeter. We started with this account last April. They use three carpet cleaners for over 1800 homes. Over time, they found out that we were the only company getting all of the spots out with the exception of a couple here and there that we had no control over. Since February of this year we have been cleaning around five to ten units per week. Back in February we had a dog smell house to deal with. We were able to get rid of the smell, but we did it with just spaying CLo2 heavily onto the carpet. The smell did not go away right a way. but after two weeks the smell gradually started to dissipate. We didn’t think about gassing off the house because the carpet smelled bad. They asked us if there was anyway to speed up the process instead of a two week time frame (He told me that if we could get it out faster we would have a whole lot of work because they have been replacing carpet in a lot units because of pet smell) I told them the only thing I knew was to try and gas off the home. Well, you read the results above.Thank you Jim for taking the many phone calls during that two week period as well as this week during the gas off.

Never-ever has earning $250 been so easy, I did own a carpet cleaning business with 3 vans going nuts in my past, but never was I able to sell such an easy job doing so little. Presprayed from the table to the wall in the first picture, and this short hall in the second picture. Rinsed the carpet with this 20 year old Steamin Demon and post sprayed stabilized CLO2 on the carpet. This is something that both the previous carpet cleaning companies could have done but no, the carpet still stank of dog urine. Lucky for me one hour later $250 richer.

Ok, I’ve got to report on an astounding “day” with Clo2 and BAC. I secured a job of a complete denaturing rather than odor removal on a 4270 sf, 2 story, home in west Phoenix. I was at a customers office explaining the miraculous odor removal product that CLO2 is and it’s many amazing characteristics. The company VP overheard the conversation and had questions. Turns out his young son (2 years old) was having a rough time with allergies (he had been at the dr.’s quite a bit) and he was moving the family into this ‘new to them’ home. The first owners were a retired husband and wife with 2 cats. It was a well kept up home but he was very concerned about 2 things…1 His son had never been around cats before and he was concerned with pet dander,etc.. The second concern was that the son didn’t do well with strong odors either. I convinced him that these products would do the trick and I secured the job by telling him that we would denature the home, neutralize the odor with a second round of bacteria fighter (BAC) by wet fogging, clean all 2350 sf of carpet with truck mounted hot water extraction that would remove existing dander, 1150 sf of tile, 18 stairs and do that with zero residual smell. No pressure, just do it…..so I started by gassing the home with 5 – 500 gram kits. Time became a factor because the movers struggled getting the first owners furniture out and because of that I wasn’t able to get started until 9 PM. (I was assured that I would be able to get in by 3 PM at the latest) I left the home at midnight on 5/29. I got back to the house (60 miles each way) at 6 AM and here was the new owner wanting to check things out. I told him he needed to give me an hour to get the house aired out but he wouldn’t hear of it. I put a respirator on and went in and he followed me for a minute (even though I told him it wasn’t advisable). He almost immediately went back out. (The chlorine smell was REALLY STRONG) I opened several doors and windows on all sides and went back outside about 20 minutes later to find a very concerned client. I assured him that it would all be well and that he should go, have some breakfast, and come back in 2 hours and he would find a different situation. He said “ok” and left. Everything was on the line here as far as this job was concerned with the residual smell. This was by far the biggest job I’ve done with any of these products and I desperately wanted his testimonial (and his money). I got the wet fogger out, filled it with BAC and went to work. I will tell you, I was just as dumbfounded at the result as I was the first time I used CLO2 and got the results that I did. The CLO2 smell was gone. I spent about 45 minutes and used less than 1/2 a gallon in the entire house. I did that with a respirator on so I really couldn’t tell until I was done. I went outside, took the respirator off and went back in and , honestly, almost broke down. The biggest complaint I have always gotten, regardless of the incredible work that the CLO2 has done, has been the residual smell. Regardless of how I set up the customers expectations of a fresh smell or freshly chlorinated pool, etc., etc.. there always was that smell…but I truly could barely smell anything but a really nice fragrance that the BAC has. A short time later the customer returned and was just overwhelmed. He wanted to know how that happened. He was so upset when he left because he knew that if the house smelled leven slightly like it did, that it might be days before he could bring his son in. He said he couldn’t eat breakfast but was thrilled of the new “non odor” to say the least. A lot of you don’t know me but I am 64 years old and do all this work myself and have since 1995 here in Phoenix. I was going to have difficult time on 4 hours sleep finishing this job on time but with the adrenaline shot I got from this result I finished the rest of the work by 330 PM that afternoon. I went home and collapsed and slept for over 11 hours. Here’s the bottom line guys and gals…with BAC the residual smell is no longer a problem. I can’t wait to get out to my few regular auto clients, charge an extra $50 for the chlorine smell removal which I know they will eat up. Hurray BAC and hurray Jim and Joe. Not only was this job a success but if his son’s allergies are just a little better he wants the $950 per quarter BAC follow up fogging treatments. I will keep you posted for sure!!!

Another shout out to Jim for help on two vehicles and a second pet urine home Friday. We had a Ford mustang that smelled like it had a dead person or animal inside. The smell was so bad it made you want to throw up. The dealership removed all of the innerliners in the back of the car. We wiped down the car with Clo2, then gassed with a 100 gram tablet. During that process we sprayed down all of the liners with Clo2. After a 1/2 hour we sprayed again, then cleaned with our upholstery tool. After the gas off, they set the car inside over night to air out. When we went back the next morning, the smell was completely gone even the Clo2 smell, which is odd because usually there you still smell the Clo2 afterwards. Maybe because they had it inside opened up vs. outside closed up on the lot after we leave. That the smell was gone. The we did a pet treatment on a townhome. We just sprayed with #1, let it sit 25 minutes then cleaned the carpet with our truck mount. The urine staines were gone as well as the odor. What we learned today is not to over saturate the carpet, but just spray enough to make the carpet wet. The Clo2 works better when you dont over saturate. I have been over doing it with saturation and it took along time for the odor to go away.So again, thank you Jim for taking my many calls and providing the support to help us be successful.

You can get with this,Or you can get with that. They should change the name Number One to the Only One!I’ve used about 2/3 of my gallon of #1 and it’s made me about $15k so far.Yep. The same gallon jug in the pic. Not kidding. I use it for EVERYTHING, and it’s like the never ending supply of cLo2 stabilized.I feel like I’ve struck gold.

We just cleaned a four bedroom home with a 220 sq ft living room of carpet that had a pretty bad dog smell to it when we opened the door. The first thing I did was call Jim. We changed the process a little for this home because we had a previous job that we were not able to get the smell out.For this house, we vacuumed, located the urine spots and marked them with blue painters tape (18 spots, the maintenance manager was there because he told me they didn’t find any urine spots when they did the walk through), then we mixed 8 scoops of #1 in an inline sprayer with the yellow tip in (8:1 spray) and sprayed the carpet just like a carpet pre spray. This was the main thing we did differently on this job We we were not sure how to mix the #1 in an inline sprayer since the directions are for a pump up or battery sprayer, so we followed directions for our Code Red carpet cleaner. Each urine spot we gave a good soaking and sprayed a larger circle around the urine spot to hit the spot at the pad and subfloor. Next we used a crb to agitate the number one into the carpet and spent more time on each spot. Then we let it sit for one hour, came back and extracted each spot with a water claw. The video doesn’t show it too well, but there were spots where the stuff being extracted was brown. The more spots we extracted the fresher the air became. The last thing we did was spray the carpet again and cleaned it with our truck mount. After taking out all the hair with the crb, the vacuum in the truck mount took out half a filter more of wet dog hair. They had someone move in the next day.

She PANICKED! And it wasn’t pretty…“My dog got sprayed by a skunk square in the eyes and ran through my home. It rubbed itself on the furniture and the bed.” “@$#&@!?” The last word was used in amazing ways as an adjective, noun and a verb. She was so panicked she couldn’t even spray the Pet Odour Remover on her dog, so I got to experience that first hand… just why did it have to be a Pitt Bull?IT WORKS TO GET RID OF SKUNK SPRAY ODOUR! And I still have my hands and fingers! Now that was exciting!Gassing the home was a letdown after the dog, so when I went back to the dog to check out the odour I got tongued to death. What a rush!

I just did a 4 story executive Boutique Hotel with 175 rooms in Southlake, Texas. I only used the CLO2 encap product. The GM pulled me aside yesterday and said he has had 4 carpet cleaning companies do the carpets and he has never been happy. He told me that my work was beautiful, the colors popped and the maid staff kept commenting on how “Fresh” all of the rooms smelled. He said the conference rooms and ballrooms have never looked better and he could not believe how quickly we completed the job. He went on to tell me that he was doing his budget right now and added another $1000.00 for the same job in December. He said he wants me back every six months. Bottom line – the CLO2 encap product worked excellent for me and I won’t use anything else now. Excellent, excellent product.

Y’all wanna know how stupid I am? We loaded up the Cimex encap carpet cleaning machine, and when we made it downtown, realized we forgot the stinkin’ scrub brushes! However, we had the cLo2 encap solution mixed up before we realized it, and holy freakin’cow, dude! Let me tell you, that stuff mixes up so good!I was afraid there would be chunks of powder in the bottom of the bucket, like when you buy the generic chocolate milk powder instead of Nesquik. Maaaaaaaaan it was so silky smooth and bubbled up so nicely. Didn’t leave any chalky or oily or perfumey smell on my hands. Now I can’t wait to actually USE it. I’m such a cotton headed ninny muggins sometimes.

So I’ve already gone through like 2 gallons of #1 and decided to pour the leftovers of my giant 50 pound bag into this 5 gallon bucket to conserve space.I expected to fill my 5 gallon bucket half way or something, but it kept going and going and going. It’s like the never ending supply of #1! I probably made every bit of my money back in like 2 jobs (probably like 8 scoops), so this is like free money to me. Quit trying to pinch pennies and just buy a 50 pound bag of this stuff. Bust out your credit card and call Jim Taylor. It’s like FREE money, baby!!!!!

My friend in Indianapolis had a STANKY dirty rug that was left outside in the rain for a week. I sent him a few scoops of #1 and he was elated with the results. No more odor. Looks 20 shades brighter.

Mrs. Judy has a rescue pitbull dog named Shelby, and a very comfortable couch she likes to relax on after a long day’s work.Shelby likes to sit in the corner of this sectional sofa and drool all over the couch and lick the pillows, leaving embarrassing black drool marks, not to mention fur and “dog smell.”Mrs. Judy was concerned she’d have to replace her lovely sectional sofa, only after having it 3 years.I assured her that it would look sensational, and that it would smell like a luxury pool at a tropical Oasis, with a shirtless Antonio Banderas handing her the towel. She was so happy, she wrote a five star review and told her neighbors about how awesome I am.Thank you, number one.

MINI CAT URINE!Just finished completely removing cat urine from behind the seats of a Mini Cooper.Perhaps not a great feat as cat urine is easily removed with stabilized and a gassing, but the area behind the seat (which is tiny) lit up with a uv light. Multiple sponge applications of stabilized and extraction after a dwell period, then two small blowers overnight. Next a 20g tab followed by a heavy electrostatic application of BAC in the affected area. What surprised me is there was now way to get to the felt pad under the carpet or use a small water claw and the process was still successful. The young lady that owned the car was extremely happy with the results.Best part of all, I have been selling car odour removal at $250 for me to go to the vehicle and $225 if the vehicle comes to me. People love saving money and this saves me greatly as I do this in the evenings, usually while I watch the news, and complete one more job during the day.

Let’s get gassed, Chris

I had been using tobac attack from odor-x mixed with a multi-purpose cleaner with good results. Or so I thought.Today I am doing a tobacco smoke clean. I first used my normal product and took off a great deal of nicotine residue. I then did an experiment with number 1  and went over the same area. I was amazed at how much more I got off.
